Relationships take work. Let’s get started.

Whether you’re in a long-term relationship, single, or somewhere in between, relationships can be challenging. Most of us weren’t taught how to communicate openly and authentically in relationships, let alone how to discuss our needs, boundaries, and sexual health. Starting therapy can be a great option for those who want to revitalize or recreate important relationships in their lives.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and a certified sex therapist (CST). I have specific and in-depth education and training on how relationships can impact our lives and well-being. When things are going well, we can feel fulfilled, but when things aren’t going so well, we can feel lost and hurt. I understand that talking about relationships and sexual health can be challenging, so I create a safe and open environment to guide you through the process.

Individual Therapy

Love starts with the self. Through individual therapy, you can process outdated relationship patterns, heal from past trauma, explore your individual sexuality, or vent about the woes of modern dating.

Couples Therapy

Whether you need help communicating about feelings or want a space to explore your sexual health, couples therapy is an excellent way to learn and grow in your relationship.

Sex Therapy

Your sexual health is a vital part of your life, and yet, most of us don’t have the tools to talk about it. In sex therapy, we address your sexual health and sexual functioning concerns as well as process any feelings of shame around your sexual self.
