About Me

Don’t worry, this isn’t a smile and nod type of therapy. I am on this journey with you.

I am a relationship and sex therapist who is dedicated to empowering you to live a happier, healthier, and more authentic life both individually and in your romantic relationships. I explore what messages you have received about relationships and sexual health. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role as a therapist is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration, processing, and to help you create the life you want to be living.

In our work, we will explore your identity, desires, and values in a collaborative environment. I encourage clients to find their authentic voice and personal values among societal, peer, and family influences that hold standards for what and how relationships and intimacy "should" be.

I use a direct approach with my clients and will provide you with feedback and education starting from session number one. My hope is to create a warm and collaborative environment where you can be comfortable being yourself. In order to do this, I am my authentic self as well, which means there were will plenty of humor and some cursing here and there.

I use my own values in my work. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, and understand how racist systems cause multi-generational and systemic trauma.

I see clients via telehealth from Illinois and Washington state.
